MINUTES OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE PENRYN & FALMOUTH EUCHRE LEAGUE 24TH NOVEMBER 2021

MEETING OPENED 7.00PM at Falmouth Town Football Club

There were no apologies

The first Item on the agenda was a decision whether or not the league was to continue

The vote was Unanimous that the league should continue

Next was the election of officers

Despite that fact that all the current officers were standing down, no one was forthcoming to take on any positions.

Mark Page agreed to stay on as chairman and suggested a new format requiring a 4 player (minimum) teams this was accepted

Michelle Davey offered to do the results, but would not be on the committee.

It was decided that a further meeting for team registrations and discussions about officers would take place on January 5^th at 7PM at Falmouth Town. With a view to starting the new format on the 19^th Jan, There will initially be no cup matches or Ben Toy league, with no league fees
